Our Mission

St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church actively participates in Christ’s mission by nurturing, teaching, praising and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with all people.

Lenten Project for 2026

Beginning on Ash Wednesday and continuing through the weeks of Lent, we will be collecting offerings toward the purchase of a Family Farm through the ELCA Good Gifts catalog. At a cost of just $715.00, a family farm consists of a cow, a couple of goats, a dozen chicks, two pigs, farming tools, seeds and agricultural training and support. This gift will allow not only a family to grow their own food and have nourishing meat, milk and eggs but offer opportunities for them to sell their surplus at the market! Please consider making a gift to this worthy endeavor and mark Lenten Project on your giving envelope!
